2023-2021 Team Information
1. There will be a 2023-21 Illinois Science Olympiad season this year.
2. We are having a Virtual Great Lakes Coaches Clinic during the weekend of November 6th.
3. We will be using the 2023 Science Olympiad Rules updated for 2021 - these new updates will be released in early September.
4. Team registration opens on August 1st and is discounted.

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic-related cancellation of the 2023 National Tournament and the resulting disruptions to the 2023 Science Olympiad season across the United States, Science Olympiad has decided to replay the 2023 rules for the 2021 season which starts July 1, 2023. This means we will be running the 2023 event slate again in 2021. The National Science Olympiad will be adjusting the 2023 rules based upon the data and FAQs. All teams will need to download a new and updated copy of the 2021 Science Olympiad Division B and Division C Rules when they are released early in September to ensure that they are using most current rules to prepare for competitions in the 2021 season.
- Registration will open on August 1 and will be offered at the discounted rate of:

- Prices will increase $50 after October 28, 2023
- We will be hosting a VIRTUAL Great Lakes Coaches Clinic the weekend of November 6th. Registration will open on August 1st. You will have access to live sessions with event supervisors, recordings with the event supervisors afterwards and downloadable files for each event. The cost will be between $50-60 per person.
